Intended use
This washer is intended for internal solvent washing of the ESM stator. Two washing loops provide for simultaneous washing of two stators or sequential washing of one stator in two stages.
Brief description
This washing system comprises two washers mounted on one frame. The washers have identical design, assemblies and components. Control pulpit is installed separately.
Each washer includes:
- Steel tank
- Electric pump mounted on the frame
- Fine filter (with filtering elements). The inlet branch is provided with coarse filter and a pressure gauge for monitoring of the filter clogging rate
- Two rubber hoses with cam locks and quick connect/disconnect fittings
- Set of accessories for the following ESM sizes: 103, 117, 130
The washers are complete with two carriages М.Т.008 and two carriages М.Т.008-90 for stator positioning.
