Intended use
This washing machine is intended for washing of the ESP parts prior to assembly operations.
Brief description
This washing machine consists of:
Base, tank, pump, quick-removable strainer, gas struts on the washer cover, storage basket, basket lifting unit, drainage.
The following elements are installed in the tank: basket lifting/lowering unit, storage wire basket for the parts. A corrugated aluminum foil connecting branch pipe is provided between the washing machine and workshop ventilation system for air offtake. A filter is installed inside the connecting branch pipe to minimize solvent vapors.
The process is controlled via control pulpit.
