Intended use
This washer is intended for washing of the ESP parts and any other parts of the process equipment.
Brief description
This washer includes: frame with washing chamber, leakproof cover with gas struts and basket, tank with GRUNDFOS pump for 7.5 kW, tubular electric heater (TEH), quivk-removable strainer and hydraulic seal of the drain valve, power-actuated basket assembly, skimmer to remove oil, paraffin, etc. from detergent solution, cleaning nozzles. The cover is equipped with exhaust steam piping.
All the surfaces (such as tank, basket, pipings, control pulpit, etc.) contacting with detergent solution are made of stainless steel AISI-304.
Washing cycle is fully automatic. It includes purging with compressed air for steam cooling-down and removal, oil film skimming. Operating process time can be selected.
Automatic tank re-fill system.
