Intended use
This bench designed for checking the leak-proofness and oil filling the protectors.
Brief description
- the body made of rectangular profiles, sheathed on the outside with sheet steel, mounted on four wheels, two of which are swivel and equipped with a brake;
- components of hydraulic equipment, designed to fill the cavities of protectors with oil:
-- oil pump, installed inside of the body and designed for oil feed;
-- oil treatment unit with a replaceable filter for cleaning oil from mechanical impurities and hydraulic hoses installed inside the body,
-- glass flask for visual inspection of filling of hydraulic protections and tightness. It is mounted on top of the housing;
- components of pneumatic equipment: vacuum pump, installed inside on the body and glass flask installed at the top of the body for visual inspection;
- control panel located on the body of the Bench.
