This complex is intended for varnish impregnation of the ESM stator.
Brief description
The impregnation unit for 2 stators of the electric submersible motor comprises:
Carriages М.Т.008-90 (2 pcs) and М.Т.008 (2 pcs), varnish container (1 pc), vacuum pump mounted on the carriage with control pulpit (1 pc), posts with clear glass bottle for level control (1 pc), wheeled varnish collecting trays (4 pcs), suction unit (1 pc), set of hoses (1 set), set of accessories (for ESM, sizes 103, 117, 130) (2 sets each), heat insulating mats (L=9m) for the ESM of 130mm (2 sets).
Varnish container has sight glasses for varnish level control, automatic temperature control heating system, removable upper cleanout door and wheeled tray.
