Intended use
The line is designed for power-operated assembly and disassembly of the electric submersible motors that form an integral part of the electric submersible pump.
This line includes two benches located in series.
Brief description
ESM rotor assembly and disassembly bench is intended for insertion (extraction) of the rotor into the stator and out of it followed by assembly (disassembly). This bench comprises a frame, gear motor, installed on the frame. Gear motor actuates a pulling carriage by means of the chain drive. The chain has duralumin rolls for positioning and free transfer of the ESM rotor. The operation is ensured by control pulpit.
ESP assembly/disassembly bench is intended for insertion (extraction) of the rotor into the stator and out of it followed by assembly (disassembly) operation. This bench comprises a frame with two carriages for positioning and free transfer of the ESM housing, hydraulic station, mounted under the frame, hydraulic cylinders installed at the sides of the bench which can be turned down. Clamping devices are placed at the ends of the frame to prevent the ESM housing from rotation during assembly (disassembly).
