This bench is intended for assembly and disassembly of the submersible brushless DC electric motors that form a part of the electric submersible pumps for reservoir fluid extraction.
Brief description
This bench comprises:
- Frame with adjustable supports. Upper chute for the rotor carriages is made of aluminum profile. A drop table is hinged to the bed for the carriage rolling down
- Heavy-load carriage that travels along the frame; it is intended for insertion (extraction) of the rotor into the stator and out of it followed by assembly and disassembly operations. Cases of the heavy-load carriage and shaft clamp are made of steel (in other words they magnetize)
- 8 guiding carriages mounted on the frame (in the chute) and intended for positioning and free transfer of rotor. The carriages are made of non-magnetic materials)
- drive with gear motor
