Berth for Rotor Package Assembly.
Berth for installation of end parts comprises the following:
- Frame representing a leak-tight chute (for drainage collection, with a drain tap) placed on height-adjustable supports. On the edges of the frame there are support with a platform for attaching friction jaws, as well as a bracket for fixing the winch;
- Traveling carriages with roller supports and an screw lift for placement and free travel of the ESM or IM housing over the friction jaws along the frame.
- Friction vises, 2 pcs, with inserts;
- hydraulic jacks 2 pcs, intended for lifting and lowering the jaws;
- manual winch, fixed on the bracket of the frame and designed to tighten the rotor into the stator.
Berth for Rotor Package Assembly comprises the following:
- Frame representing a leak-tight chute (for drainage collection, with a drain tap) placed on height-adjustable supports.
- Guiding carriages, on 8 pcs (for ESM) metal, installed onto the frame (into the tray) and designed for alignment of the rotor and the ESM housing and free movement of the ESM rotor on them. The carriage lodgement for the ESM is made of nylon and is a height-adjustable prism. During the assembly of the ESM, the guide carriages move together with the rotor along the frame inside the chute;
- Guiding carriages, on 8 pcs (for IM), installed onto the frame (into the tray) and designed for alignment of the rotor and the IM housing and free movement of the IM rotor on them. The carriage lodgement for the IM is made of alignment and has height adjustment. During the assembly of the IM, the guide carriages move together with the rotor along the frame inside the chute;
- Clamp for clamping the rotor during assembly, mounted on the frame and designed to keep the ESM or IM rotor from moving during assembly.
