Intended use
This bench is intended for assembly of ESP sections.
Brief description
Two conveyors and tandem ESP rotor assembly skid.
The conveyors have frames with adjustable supports. Gear motors of chain drive are placed on the conveyor frames. Carriages that move the Electric Submersible Pump are fixed to the gear motors. Cleaning areas are equipped with hinged guards, the conveyors are provided with limit switches.
Remote controls ensure independent operation of the conveyors.
Carriage loading is 1500 N/m.
Carriage speed: 6 m/min.
The table is made from a fabricated framework, it has adjustable supports that have a form of the countertop and end trays to lay a rotor. Clamping device is mounted at the end of the countertop. This device is intended for auxiliary operations (removal of contaminations, stamping of numbers, etc.)Shelves for the tools and accessories are located under the table.
