Intended use
This bench is intended for disassembly of the pump sections produced by the Russian and foreign manufacturers.
This bench includes:
- Power driven bench
- Non-power driven skid
Power driven bench comprises the following:
Drive unit consisting of gearbox, electric motor, shoe brake, gear coupling, electric cabinet, frequency converter, limit switches and drive sprocket pulley.
Conveyor system consisting of leakproof frame, stopper, protective guard, carriage, clamp, remote control and a shelf for accessories.
Non-power driven skid comprises the following:
Leakproof base, rolls, areas for the clamping devices, roll clamps, hoist and carriages.
This bench is furnished with various accessories.
Pump sizes made by the Russian manufacturers: Size 5, Size 5А, Size 6.
Pump sizes made by foreign manufacturers: Series 338, 400, 540, 538, 562.
Carriage loading is not less than 11 or 17 t (as agreed).
Carriage speed: 4.5 m/min, soft start.
Power consumption: 11 kW
