Current drying unit is intended for drying of the ESM stator after the stator windings are impregnated with varnish.
Brief description
The Current drying unit of the stators in the maximum configuration (M.ST.033-11) consists of:
- Current drying for stators
The Current drying design represents a current transformer connected to the 380V (480V) mains via a thyristor power regulator with automatic control of the transformer power supply.
TheCurrent drying comprises a process automation bench, a set of connector wires, a transformer, a temperature transmitter and a limit switch for closing the winding connection zone fencing.
- The Trolley for stator M.T.008 and M.T.008-090 for 1 pc.
- Connection for trolleys
- Heat insulation mats Set M.OSN.011 for ESM stator (for lengths of 9m to Ø130mm) - 1 set.
