This line is intended for disassembly of the ESP sections.
Brief description
This line includes:
- Power-driven bench;
- Non-power driven skid (or any tailor-made type).
Power-driven bench comprises the following elements:
Drive unit consisting of gearbox, electric motor, brake, gear-type coupling, electric cabinet, frequency converter, limit switches, drive sprocket pulley.
Conveyor system consisting of leakproof base, stopper, protective guard,carriage, clamp, remote control and a shelf for accessories.
Non-power driven skid comprises the following elements:
Base, rolls, friction clamps М.ОСН.008 (including bush set for 92, 103, 117,130 (or any tailor-made type up to Ø 130mm), reeling table.The line is complete with corresponding accessories.
Carriage loading is not less than 15 t.
Carriage speed is 4.5 m/min, soft start is ensured.
